Monkey Dip

Serves: approximately 4-6 persons

Ingredients:

Dip:

1⁄4 c creamy peanut butter
1 c Crystal Vanilla Low Fat Yogurt
1 T honey
1 t lemon juice

To Dip:

Assorted fruit, such as: Banana, Grapes, Pineapple
Toothpicks

Toppings:

1⁄2 c Mini chocolate chips or chocolate sprinkles
1⁄2 c Toasted Shredded Coconut

Directions:

Whisk, by hand, peanut butter, yogurt, honey, and lemon juice. Cover and chill until service, at least 1 hour. Will keep covered in refrigerator for one week.

To Serve:

Cut Fruit into 1⁄2” thick circles and insert one toothpick per circle.

Place toppings into small serving bowl. Place monkey dip in serving bowl. Let guests dip fruit into monkey dip and them into toppings.
