Golden Pancakes

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

6 eggs
1 cup Crystal Cottage Cheese
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup Crystal Milk
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt

Directions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients. Cover and process on the highest speed for 1 minutes.

Pour batter by 1/4 cupfuls onto a greased hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form on top; cook until second side is golden brown.
